1. Who We Are
Tesla Invest ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is a digital investment platform designed to give individual investors access to Tesla-aligned strategies, including equity participation, automated yield plans, and AI-driven portfolio management. 2. Eligibility
To register and use Tesla Invest, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction;
- Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where the use of our services is prohibited by applicable law;
- Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and KYC verification.
We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or terminate any account that fails to meet these requirements at any time.
3. Account Registration and Security
When you create an account on Tesla Invest, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Tesla Invest will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat.
You may only hold one account per individual. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bonuses, or KYC requirements is a violation of these terms and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended and available to all users from your Account Settings.
4. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
Tesla Invest is committed to maintaining the highest standards of financial compliance. Before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features, we are required by law to verify your identity. This may include:
- A government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card, or driver's licence);
- Proof of residential address dated within the last three months;
- A live selfie or video verification.

5. Investment Plans and Returns
Tesla Invest offers a range of investment plans, including Starter, Growth, Momentum, and Autonomy tiers. All plan returns are projected targets, not guarantees. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may receive less than you originally invested.
By subscribing to any investment plan, you acknowledge that:
- Past performance is not indicative of future results;
- Digital asset and equity markets are highly volatile;
- You should only invest funds you can afford to lose;
- Tesla Invest does not provide regulated financial, tax, or legal advice.

6. Cash Account and APY Rates
The Tesla Invest Cash Account offers a headline Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of up to 3.95%, inclusive of any applicable rate boost. The 0.65% rate boost is a limited-time promotional rate and requires a qualifying monthly direct deposit of $2,000 or more, or a successful referral of a new member who completes their first deposit.
APY rates are variable and may be adjusted by Tesla Invest at any time with reasonable notice. The advertised rate is not a guaranteed return and is subject to the availability of qualifying conditions. Terms and conditions apply.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits may be made via supported cryptocurrency wallets, bank transfer, or other methods listed on the Deposit page. All deposits are subject to a network processing period and may be held pending KYC review.
Withdrawals are subject to identity verification, a minimum threshold, and applicable network or processing fees disclosed at the time of the transaction. Withdrawal requests are reviewed within 1-3 business days. We reserve the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if suspicious activity is detected.
8. Referral Programme
Tesla Invest operates a two-level referral programme. You may earn commissions on the invested amounts of members you directly refer (Level 1) and members referred by your direct referrals (Level 2). Commission rates are set by the platform and may be updated. Full programme details are available on the Referrals page.
Referral manipulation, self-referrals, or any attempt to game the referral system will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all referral earnings.
9. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Tesla Invest for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to:
- Money laundering, fraud, or financing terrorism;
- Impersonating another person or creating false identities;
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform's systems;
- Engaging in market manipulation or coordinated pump-and-dump activity;
- Uploading malicious code or interfering with platform operations.
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination, reporting to relevant law enforcement authorities, and civil legal action.
10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We collect and process personal data solely for the purposes of operating the Platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving our services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Please read our Privacy Policy for full details.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tesla Invest and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to investment losses, loss of data, or business interruption.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to the platform in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international financial regulations. Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be submitted to good-faith mediation before any formal legal proceedings are initiated.
